Our studio group sessions (maximum of 4 clients) are designed to give you the best of both worlds — personalised attention within a supportive and motivating group environment.
Each class focuses on mindful movement, core strength, posture, and balance, helping you move with greater ease and confidence in everyday life. With only a few clients per session, your instructor can tailor exercises to your individual needs, offering hands-on guidance and adjustments to ensure safe and effective results.
