A personalised approach to Pilates
With our unique combination of specialist equipment and personalised instruction, we’re able to provide an interesting variety of movements that are engaging and stimulating every time you join your Session. Our approach is especially effective after an extended period of in-action and in aiding recovery. Pilates is suitable for all ages and levels of fitness. And with our specialised studio approach, each client receives highly personalised instruction every time they visit.

SMALL GROUP STUDIO SESSIONS
A maximum of 4 participants
After completing the Introductory Classes, most clients join our Small Group Studio Sessions.
Here you’ll complete exercises specific to your needs whilst being supervised by a qualified Practitioner.This approach has been designed to improve strength, flexibility, range of motion and cardio fitness in a controlled format that allows you to start at any age or fitness level. With only 4 participants, every session is highly personalised and tailored to suit your particular needs. Each session includes training ideas for ‘home work’ and detailed record-keeping in your personalised training diary.

PRIVATE SESSIONS
One-on-one
Private Sessions provide a deeper focus on your individual needs and goals.
These can be very helpful for improving posture, recovering from an injury or enhancing athletic prowess. Private Sessions are an opportunity to gain better awareness of your breathing patterns and how your body moves.
Like any personal training, you will have dedicated time with your instructor, who will consistently support you in achieving your goals.

PILATES MAT CLASS
A maximum of 10 participants
Mat Class emphasises the principles of Pilates while offering modifications and variations to suit each participant’s individual needs.
Mat Class exercises are performed on a mat on the floor, using your own body weight as the main source of resistance. Mat classes cater for all ages and ability levels.
In some classes, we also use small apparatus such as Foam Rollers, Magic Circles and Therabands.
With regular attendance, you will tone and strengthen your body and increase your flexibility while learning more about the connection between body and mind.

PULSE TOWER REFORMER
A maximum of 8 participants
During the session, your instructor will guide you through controlled, precise Tower exercises, offering modifications and progressions to suit your individual level and goals. You’ll learn how to engage your core, align your body, and move with confidence and control.

With private and confidential conversation Laraine will help you develop clarity of thinking and implementation of goal setting.
Laraine will guide you in improving your (change – to improve not in improving) underpinning thought processes, with techniques that assist you in realising your full potential.
The Results Coaching System that we follow is neuroscience-based, process-focused and outcome-driven.
It draws from contemporary neuroscience, along with research taken from areas such as positive psychology, adult learning theory and systems and change theories.
The system helps you progress by identifying impasses, generating insights, then enabling actions and finally generating positive and sustainable new habits.

We offer 30-minute Mindfulness of Breath consultations to guide you in reducing anxiety and learning how to create calmness in your life.

Bookings and cancellations
All sessions and classes will commence on the hour and will last for 55 minutes.
In fairness to our clients and instructors, Pure Pilates has a strict 24 hour cancellation policy. We do not offer refunds or transfers between clients.
