Women Stretching


Classes combine postures (asanas) with breathing techniques (pranayama) to cultivate a stronger body mind connection and to bring mindful awareness into each movement we make.  A regular practice of  Yoga can help improve many areas of well-being including flexibility, strength and balance as well as reducing health related issues such as stress, risk of heart disease and depression. 


Regular practice can also enhance our clarity of mind allowing us to feel a sense of ease that can be stretched beyond the yoga mat.  

Each class will incorporate a theme or area of focus that will be explored with a wide range of yoga poses and breathing techniques giving the body and mind a chance to relax and rejuvenate as well as invigorate and inspire.  

Experienced practitioners and beginners are always encouraged as there are many variations to suit all levels.

While providing a fun and supportive environment for you to feel comfortable in, your safety and care is also important to us and we will limit each class size to 10 participants.

If you wish to bring a mat please do so, otherwise mats and props provided.  Please bring a warm layer of clothes in winter months and a light to illuminate pathway for evening classes.
