Pure Pilates offers mat classes at our Kingston studio - and at our satellite mat room at West Winds Community Centre, Woodbridge. We wish to maximise our care of everybody in our classes, so each of our classes are limited to ten participants.


We offer classes from beginner to intermediate to cater for all ages and levels.

Each class emphasises the foundation principles of Pilates while offering modifications and variations to suit each participant's individual needs. Mat class exercises are performed on a mat on the floor, using your own body weight as the main source of resistance.


In some classes small apparatus such as foam rollers, magic circles and therabands are included.


With regular attendance, you will tone and strengthen your body and increase your flexibility while learning more about your body and mind connection.
